The Hong Kong College of Technology International was established by Hong Kong College of Technology in 1996, mainly for the purpose of providing foreign higher education service in Hong Kong. The institute is responsible for the management and operation of all Oversea and mainland China's higher education programs through collaborative efforts with universities oversea and in mainland China, offering state-recognised bachelor's and master's degree programs here in Hong Kong, to provide local students with quality advancement opportunities in their path towards higher education.
