Speakers
Professor Wong Kam Fai joined the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1993. He is the Associate Dean (External Affairs) of the Faculty of Engineering, a Professor in the Department of Systems Engineering and Engineering Management, and the Director of the Centre for Innovation and Technology of the University.

Ms Charlene Yu is the Branch Manager for Manpower Hong Kong's Technology Contracting division. She joined Manpower in 2000 and is responsible for managing a team of headhunters.

Charlene has more than nine years solid experience in the recruitment and staffing services industry. In her current role, Charlene works with many local and multinational companies across various industries to assist them in their staff planning and HR services, outsourcing and consulting. Her expertise lies in the banking & finance and commercial sectors as well as government and public utility projects.
